You privacy is important to us and we remain steadfast in guarding it.

In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and the “Company” means JOJOBEE INC., as well as its affiliates on its behalf. This Privacy Policy works hand-in-hand with the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereafter the “T&C” or “Terms”), which can be found here, and any terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given in the T&C.

“Advertiser” or “Employer” refers to individuals or entities that posts job advertisements inside the APP to search for possible employee for any job openings they may have for their business.

“Job Seekers” or “Candidates” refers to individuals who register in the APP for the purpose of looking for a job opening.

This Privacy Policy applies to all “users” of the APP. This includes unregistered visitors as well as users who have registered and maintain an account on the APP. This Policy does not cover the Privacy Policies of other apps, nor any information collected through any other apps operated by third parties Each of these apps may have a Privacy Policy that differs from ours and we urge users to check the Privacy Policies of each app that they may visit or interact with.

This Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect – even if your use or participation in the APP or any particular Service, job or Advertisement offered through the APP terminates or ceases or is suspended or deactivated for any reason. In any case, should you continue to be an inactive user for more than four years, JOJOBEE will delete all your personal information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not participate in the APP or any of the advertisements or Services offered through the APP.


When you register on the APP we collect Information through the completion by the user of contact forms and surveys, and through his or her interaction with the APP (for example, which categories you choose, company location and industry information). Users may provide other information about themselves, in addition to the mandatory Personal Information (hereafter “Voluntary Information”). Voluntary Information include, but are not limited to, information collected when they use features on the APP, such as chats, ads or when they contact Customer Support. For example, we collect names and e-mail addresses of the user’s candidates when the user uses the Interview or Hire feature on the APP. We may also require you to provide additional personal information, such as your name, an avatar, age and location for the purpose of verifying your identity, including your address, in order to participate in our APP as well as use some of the APPS job matching features that are location based. As stated in the T&C, address and identity verification are a mandatory part of the hiring process.

A. Types of Information

We collect two types of information from you when you use the APP: non-personally identifiable information (hereafter “Non-Personal Information”); and personally identifiable information (hereafter “Personal Information”).

(i) Non-Personal Information

Certain technical information related to your APP use may be automatically recorded. This information is anonymous and does not identify you personally. Non-Personal Information includes, but is not limited to: the Internet domain for your Internet service provider; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer or mobile device accessing the APP; the type of operating system that your computer or mobile device is using; information about your hardware; the date and time that you used the APP; and a record of which screens you viewed while you were using the APP. Other information such as demographic information, which does not identify an individual, is also considered Non-Personal Information. Gaming Information (described below) is also considered Non-Personal Information.

(ii) Personal Information

When you register for a free user account (a “Free Account”), you consent to our collection of Personal Information including but not limited to your email and mobile phone, for the purpose of validating your address, and in order to match requirements of employers to job seekers as well as send email for reminders and promotions regarding the activities on the APP. If you choose to create an account which will allow you to post job ads, talk to employers or employees as well as apply for jobs, you will be required to provide additional information such as (a) your name, address, age and mailing address, for the purpose of ensuring that you are permitted to create an account based upon your age, gender and where you reside, and that you comply with the T&Cs. If you choose to purchase credits for your your Cash Account, you will also be required to provide information relevant to your payment method (for example your credit card number and expiry date).

As noted above, the APP also provides you with certain ways to voluntarily give us your Personal Information. We may also collect Personal Information about you if you choose to send us an email message, which contains such information using links contained on the APP. You may also disclose Personal Information when you post content with such Personal Information on the APP or when you contact our Customer Support representatives via chat or email. Certain information about your profile on the APP is also publicly displayed (for example, job history, job preferences, salary offers, etc.) that may be linked to your account information. These is publicly displayed on the APP as part of the hiring process and, you have consented to provide this information in order to process job searching or hiring.

We also collect Personal Information to investigate complaints of illegal recruitment or false profiles that we believe may be contrary to our T&C, including the Code of Conduct.

In addition to collecting Personal Information directly from users to the APP, we may also collect Personal Information from third parties such as marketing partners to which permission has been granted to share that information with us.

Facebook and Google registration

When you register with us using facebook or google, we will ask you for Personal Information. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, age, country of residence and email address. You can register to use JOJOBEE via the APP or by logging into your account with certain third-party social networking sites (“SNS”) (i.e., Facebook) via our APP. If you decide to create your Account by logging into a SNS via the Site, we will extract the Personal Information you have provided to the SNS (such as your “real” name, email address and other information you make publicly available via the SNS) from the account you have with such SNS and use that information to create your Account; the information we extract may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNS. If you are not currently registered as a Member and you click on “Register with Facebook”, you will first be asked to enter your Facebook credentials and then be given the option to register to JOJOBEE. By using Facebook Connect, you are allowing JOJOBEE to access your Facebook account information for the purpose of completing your registration, and you are agreeing to the Facebook Terms of Use regarding your use of the Service via Facebook.

B. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website can write to your computer. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. We use cookies to identify you and allow you to log in once to our web site and search or post without having to log in again and again. Cookies are also used by our affiliates or links to identify you as a User of our APP.

As with many major websites, the APP uses cookies. We use Cookies to recognize you when you return to the APP and personalize your settings and preferences. JOJOBEE does not use Cookies in order to store information such as your credit card number. This Privacy Policy only covers the use of Cookies by JOJOBEE. It does not cover the use of Cookies by any other 3rd-party or advertisers.


A. Internal Uses

We collect, use and disclose your Personal Information for such purposes to which you consent at the time of collection or in any case prior to such use, and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, including to operate our APP; to open and maintain your customer accounts with us; to provide a product or service requested by you; to contact you regarding updates to the APP, their account status, our new products and services and upcoming events; to notify you of changes to our products and services; to collect fees from you; to process payments; for promotional or related purposes without additional compensation, to prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the APP; and to ensure that you comply with the T&C and are permitted to create an account based upon your age and where you reside. We may also, but do not have any obligation to, use Personal Information to contact you regarding changes to the T&C and any other policies or agreements relevant to the APP, including this Privacy Policy.

When you create your account and when we collect your Personal Information, you can customize these preferences. If you wish to change your account preferences to modify the ways that we contact you, please contact Customer Support.

B. Related Entities and Authorized Third-Party Service Providers

The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to Third Parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf. We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our APP to third parties but this will not include Personal Information. We may transfer Personal Information to third-party service providers who are legally or contractually obligated to only use the information to help us provide our Services and not for any other purpose.

The APP is maintained in the Indonesia. If you are located outside of the Indonesia., by using the APP, you authorize the import of their information and its use, as specified in this Policy. From time to time JOJOBEE and third parties may hold, use or disclose your Personal Information outside of INDONESIA, and while outside of INDONESIA such Personal Information may be accessed by regulatory authorities pursuant to the laws of such other jurisdictions.

These third parties may be located in Indonesia, United Kingdom, United States or elsewhere.

D. Legal Compliance

In situations or instances when JOJOBEE deems it necessary, JOJOBEE may disclose Personal Information without prior notice or choice, as required or permitted by applicable laws.

E. Business Transfers

If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners and we may transfer your Personal Information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.

F. Disclosure to Users

You are entitled to see the personal information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us at We are entitled by law to charge a fee of $5 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you, but we may at our discretion waive this charge.

G. Minimum Age

To access or use our App you must be at least 18 years of age or more. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will remove such information and terminate the account immediately.


In most cases, when we do collect Personal Information directly from an individual, the Purposes for which the individual provides us with the information will be clear, and as such, consent to the collection and use of Personal Information for those Purposes will be implied by use of the Services. If we choose to use Personal Information already in our possession for a purpose that was not identified at the time we initially collected the information, we will seek the consent of the affected individuals before using this information for the new purpose. Please note that if the new purpose is required or permitted by law, JOJOBEE is not required to seek the consent of the affected individuals and may not do so. Individuals may withdraw consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information at any time, subject to certain restrictions set out in applicable privacy legislation, but should recognize that by doing so they may be unable to utilize the Services and products offered on the APP.


We employ security measures to protect, so far as reasonably possible, your information from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires or permits, after which it is either destroyed, erased or rendered anonymous to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information

JOJOBEE limits access to personal information about Users to employees, for whom we reasonably believe it is necessary, in order to provide products or services.


The APP, Privacy Policy and the T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesia law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts where the claim is brought by you, save where you have legal rights to bring any claim in respect of such a dispute in any other jurisdiction. We nevertheless retain the right to bring proceedings against you for any threatened or actual breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence, registration or business or any other relevant country. By registering for an account, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You further agree that any legal action arising from any dispute shall proceed only in the Indonesia courts, or as otherwise determined by us, and you hereby submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

We make no representation that this APP is operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of, or governed by, other nations. By utilizing the Services and participating in the APP activities, you certify that you meet the age and other eligibility requirements for that activity within the APP and the Services as set forth in the T&C. If you do not meet the age and other eligibility requirements, please discontinue using the APP and the Services immediately.

If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, as determined in an appropriate Court of proper jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. User agrees to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or enforceable provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision and shall be interpreted most favorably, when possible, to the benefit of Company.


JOJOBEE reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, in the event that this becomes necessary after initial release, or in the event that it becomes necessary with respect to additional, deleted, modified or amended services provided by Company JOJOBEE INC. will not personally notify you of any amendments to this Policy. Users are urged to check this Policy frequently in order to determine whether any changes have been made. Users understand and agree that continued use of the Company application assumes that they have read and accepted this Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.
